Fee Refund Policy

UGC Fee Refund Policy – 2025–26

As per the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines, higher education institutions must follow the specified fee refund rules for the academic session 2025–26. These rules are applicable to all UGC-recognized universities and colleges including Awadh Bihari Singh Mahavidyalaya.

Key Highlights:

  • Full refund (with max ₹1,000 deduction as processing fee) for cancellations up to 30 September 2025.
  • Partial refunds applicable as per notice date and admission schedule.
  • Refunds must comply with the UGC 2018 regulations if cancellation is after 31 October 2025.
